I designed this simple 4BR/4.5BA beach house in the fall of 2015 and it was finished a year later. At 3,024 sq.ft., it's a pretty simple, straighforward design with clean lines, a great layout and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open, floor plan is spacious. There's ample room for moving around the house without bumping in to one another. And the crisp, all-white interior theme is carried throughout allowing sun light to bounce off every surface making the house a happy place to be.
